The Green Smoothie:
1/2 Banana
1/2 Golden Apple
1/2 Cucumber
5-6 Pieces of Rocket
7-8 Pieces of Baby Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Kiwi Fruit
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1/4 of a Lemon Peel
1 1/2 cups of water

And Blend! Delicious and healthy, the perfect way to start the day!
